Jason Norris is a graduate of the Nashville School of Law. While attending law school, he worked full-time as an officer for the State of Tennessee’s Board of Probation and Parole, gaining invaluable courtroom experience and a critical understanding of the criminal justice system. He has handled hundreds of probation violations in numerous counties and judicial districts, and received extensive training in methods to reduce the rate of offender recidivism. Prior to that, Jason worked as a legal assistant for The Law Office of Nicoll & Nicoll in Manchester, Tennessee. In 2006, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. Following high school, he served honorably as a Cavalry Scout in the United States Army, earning several medals and distinctions for his service overseas.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys catching up with his family, traveling, cooking, reading, college football (almost as much as his wife does), and chess. He is also an avid guitar player and music fan.
